Yield: 2000ml
5-6 Red/Black teabags
500ml Water
1500ml Iced Water
280g Sugar
Steps:
1. Boil 500ml of water. In the meantime, add 280g of sugar into a container.
2. Add the teabags to the boiling water and stir until dark-black. Discard the teabags.
3. While hot, pour the tea into the container. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
4. While hot, add 1500ml of iced water into the container. Stir well.
5. Serve with ice and slices of lemon.
Store in refrigerator.
